The purpose of this website is for citizen reporting of pollution affecting the jurisdictional watersheds of Baltimore Harbor WATERKEEPER, a program of Blue Water Baltimore, which includes the Jones Falls, Gwynns Falls, Herring Run, and Tidal Patapsco River watersheds. Citizen reports submitted to this website are received by the Baltimore Harbor WATERKEEPER staff. Utilizing these reports, WATERKEEPER staff ensure that the appropriate Federal, state, and municipal agencies and responsible agency staff are notified of pollution complaints for corrective action.
